Automated Gates Replacement

We carried out an extremely successful installation at The Barn, Rutland.

The client opted to change from an old noisy hydraulic system to a new CAME automated system, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. We removed the old gates, plus the existing underground motor boxes and motors, before replacing these with FROG CAME boxes and motors. We then replaced the old gate arms with new CAME AXO arms welded back on, repainted all metal posts to leave them looking new, and rehung the gates with new safety strips & photocells added for extra safety ensuring no closure if the gates are obstructed.

Most importantly, the customer is absolutely delighted with the end result, and was impressed with Melcom’s efficiency and near-on zero noise whilst functioning.
